Last night was fun. I come home and there is a huge cockroach in my apartment. Don't get the wrong idea, I don't live in a shit hole...its just that cockroaches are everywhere in tokyo. On the street, in builidings, houses, and even subway stations (gasp!!). Its not a huge problem...but every once in a while they pop up. They scare the hell outta me. I shrieked like a girl and ran outside while Miho took care of it...one of my prouder moments to say the least.

I got no sleep last night. So I am feelin great right now.

I went to meet Miho for lunch in Roppongi Hills. R.H. is a brand new, state of the art city within a city complex. With a huge, beautiful skyscraper as its centerpiece. It's really nice, and you can see the building from just about anywhere in tokyo. The top floor has an open air observation deck to get a good look of tokyo from, you can also Mt. Fuji on it. There is a museum on one of the top floors that has an exhibit on the history of New York7s skyline. I want to see it. it is there until November. But anyways...

It is another beautiful, typhoon-like day outside. Freezing cold, pouring rain, and really windy. Good times. I wore shorts and a t-shirt to see her...I was shivering. I will wear a jacket to work with my suit tonite...that is how cold it is...unreal. Tonite is thursday...that means movie night at Jester's (My friend Mark's bar). So I will be there drinking away any remaining memory of that palm sized cockroach...
