This Guy is a fool! Who does this? Only in NY...In Japan I have seen people simultaneously smoking, talking on a hand-held cell phone, looking at a navigation system, and driving...I don't know how they do it...and if I had an adult video on in my car it would be hard for me to drive hahaha. I cannot believe someone was actually busted for doing this...the only I have heard recently that I can think of that is dumber than this is the guy who stored all of his bullets in his oven only to have them all fire outta the oven like they were in a machine gun when his wife turned it on to cook dinner...that happened in Wisconsin...does it at all surprise anyone that it happened there and not cali or ny??
