Ken Jennings Reportedly Stumbled Over H&R Block

Ken Jennings stumbled over H&R Block in Final Jeopardy. Is it true this guy has finally lost? He won 75 consecutive shows and 2.5 million dollars. Wow...reminds me of the NYC Cop they had on forever and a day ago that won 5 straight shows and would have won many more had they cahnged the format of the show sooner, thus allowing him to continue on past 5 shows and go until he lost. Do they still have the "Tournament of Champions?"
